We dumped Toronto in the last second. I was supposed to sign my contract but we decided not to stay just one evening before. My boss was quite shocked, however - we went back to Germany...we couldn't get the pregnancy covered since there is a 3 month waiting period on OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) and it was simply too risky to stay without proper health cover... however - discovering everyday life in Toronto was totally interesting. The city is a multicultural pool of people from all over the world - and the funny thing is: there is neither minorities nor majorities - in fact it seems like someone had brought a bucket of people from each and every country in the world and poured it into Toronto.

And yeah, ahem - did I mention that we're gonna have a BABY?? YES :D it's due on 12th of November 2008.
